They knew perfectly well how to voice their views on recruitment, at Lens & Partners. All I had to do was write it down. And edit it. And pick out the juicy bits. And arange it in a tasty order.

For three years all I wrote and produced had to do with the Agile ways of working. After writing about the topic so extensively, I joined the company as a trainer of Agile, Scrum and SAFe for another two years. 

Logistics solutions champion Vanderlande has been embracing Agile ideas for several years now and it was time to scale up. Together with Mental Lemonade and Gladwell Academy, we delivered two digital learning modules that breathe storytelling and fun into the theories that can flip organizations upside down.

Working with Public Cinema, I created a spoken word poem to motivate the citizens of Utrecht to speak out about their sity’s future.
